Rejuvena8 is led by Managing Director Gerry McCormack, who has many years of experience specialising in various disciplines across land acquisition, project management, sales and marketing, customer experience, business strategy, viability audits as well as mentoring and coaching.

Gerry McCormack
Throughout his career, Gerry has demonstrated a passion for property, holding high-level directorships within the construction and housebuilding industry, notably with four major companies, renowned in their respective fields: Spollen Concrete Group in Ireland, Laing Homes, George Wimpey and St James, part of the Berkeley Group. His varied roles included Managing Director, Finance Director, Commercial Director and Sales and Marketing Director.
His work ethic and analytical approach offer a valuable perspective; his skill in understanding how to motivate people, combined with the ability to think strategically, means he is perfectly positioned to deliver results-focused outcomes – whether it’s an improved financial performance or delivering excellent customer service – and his track record is evidence of his many achievements.
John
Hall
John's many years' experience as a commercially driven accountant in local government, house building and the housing association movement means he is an asset to the Rejuvena8 team.
John brings his experience, enthusiasm and integrity to manage projects and his hands-on approach ensures that the customer receives high-quality service on time, every time.
Utilising his background as an accountant and utilising his analytical expertise John is highly driven to assess the different scenarios that each project has and provide a commercially focused solution to the issues at hand.
Andy
McDonald
Andy has a wealth of experience as a trainer and facilitator, and more recently as a business coach at all levels of management, in both the private and public sectors.
Highly proficient, Andy's main experience is designing and leading development programmes across many blue chip organisations such as IBM, Exxon Mobil, BT and HP as a learning specialist, coach and performance leader within a global workforce solutions company.
His focus currently is delivering individual coaching support to enable people to identify areas for their own personal and career development. At present, Andy is providing coaching to Rejuvena8 clients including Metropolitan Thames Valley, Sovereign Housing Association and Ealing Council.
Several of the people Andy has been coaching recently have gone on to be promoted within their organisation.
