Ealing Council - Broadway Living - Copley Hanwell W7

Copley Hanwell W7 is the first development of private sale homes by Broadway Living, a pioneering developer of high-quality, mixed-tenure homes which is wholly owned by Ealing Council. The profits made by selling homes on open market, enable the council to fund more affordable homes for shared ownership and social rent.

The complex and challenging project, with a gross development value of over £100m, is a remarkable example of estate regeneration. Previously a 1 km stretch of housing land, the series of interconnected neighbourhoods comprise a total of 833 homes; 279 high specification new homes and 554 restored and refurbished existing homes including elder care.

Metropolitan Thames Valley

Metropolitan Thames Valley provides affordable housing for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England, including homes for private sale, shared ownership, affordable rent, market rent and key workers.

A member of the National Housing Federation and current Chair of the G15 – which represents London’s largest housing associations – MTVH influences policies for the benefit of its residents and the wider sector.

Rejuvena8’s team was appointed to deliver customer service training and development workshops with Thames Valley Housing (TVH), prior to its merger with Metropolitan. We were tasked with enabling the team to improve its current sales strategy in conjunction with the sales, construction and technical departments.

We worked with TVH to introduce a customer journey initiative and culture change within the workforce of each department. The successful implementation resulted in significant improvements to their customer satisfaction scores.

Rejuvena8 now has an ongoing relationship with MTVH and its shared ownership brand So Resi to mentor staff and ultimately improve sales and marketing performance.

Wates Living Space

Location: Multi-site

The team at Rejuvena8 was appointed to project manage a £5.6million mixed-tenure redevelopment project in Coventry for family-owned construction services company, Wates Living Space.

Set across two locations in the city, the site has provided a total of 50 new homes - 45 of which are located on Whitworth Avenue in Stoke Aldermoor, and the remaining five on Kele Road following the demolition of a redundant former health clinic.

As project director, Rejuvena8 oversaw the reconfiguration and design of all 50 homes to maximise their appeal as well as managing the construction and sale of an additional 34 new build homes. The work was completed on time and all homes were sold within 18 months of Rejuvena8 taking on the project.

As a result of the work in Coventry, Wates Living Space appointed Rejuvena8’s advisory team to assess the viability of a build and sale contract with their joint venture partner, Orbit Homes. Part of Orbit Housing Association, Orbit Homes is a developer which builds a range of tenures including shared ownership and outright sale homes. As well as finding a workable solution for both parties for Phase One of the regeneration of Arthur Street estate in Erith, South London, Rejuvena8 wholly managed the sales operation for Wates Living Space while they recruited their own team.

United Living 

Location: Kent

Services: Project Management and Financial Advice  


United Living is a construction company that specialises in refurbished and new build homes.

Rejuvena8 project managed and advised on a new site purchase, including the management of the design process and eventual sale to a third party contractor. The team worked closely with United Living’s management to negotiate the land purchase by carrying out a land appraisal and suitability audits for the proposed development alongside managing the design and planning of the homes.

It resulted in the successful sale of land with subject to planning, which gained significant uplift in value over an 18 month period.
