For over 30 years Gerry has demonstrated a passion for property, holding high level directorships within the construction and housebuilding industry, notably with four major companies, renowned in their respective fields: Spollen Concrete Group in Ireland, Laing Homes, George Wimpey and St James, part of the Berkeley Group. His varied roles included Finance Director, Commercial Director, Sales and Marketing Director and Managing Director.

 

His work ethic and analytical approach offers a valuable perspective; his skill in understanding how to motive people, combined with the ability to think strategically, means he is perfectly positioned to deliver results-focused outcomes – whether it’s an improved financial performance or delivering excellent customer service – and his track record is evidence of his many achievements.

 

John Hall

Managing Director at Appraisals Abound

John has over 25 years experience as a commercially driven accountant in local government, house building and the housing association movement.

 

John brings his experience, enthusiasm and integrity to manage projects and his hands on approach ensures that the customer receives a quality service on time, every time.

 

Utilising his background as an accountant and utilising his analytical expertise John is highly driven to assess the different scenarios that each project has and provide a commercially focused solution to the issues at hand.

Andy is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach with particular expertise in enabling growth and collaboration for individuals and organisations, both in the private and public sectors. He holds over 30 years’ experience designing and leading development programmes and has supported individuals and teams in blue collar industries and across local government and educational services including Honeywell, IBM, Hewlett Packard and Laing Homes.

Previously a learning specialist and coach and performance leader within a global workforce solutions company, Andy has been involved in a range of projects which include successfully implementing a work experience programme for unemployed young people; introducing a national apprenticeship programme to support a youth agenda strategy and delivering leadership programmes where individuals were promoted as a result of their development.
